So I gained a little. But it is that time of month and water retention never fails. I wasn't horrible food wise. Although the wisdom teeth removal made it kind of a weird week foodwise. But I tracked 6 out of the last 7 days. That is totally a huge score in my book! My goal this week is to track everything, good, bad and ugly. And hopefully the scale will show me good results!
I'm also totally loving going to meetings. I definitely didn't like someone else seeing that I had gained this week, which is the exact feeling I was hoping to have when I had a gain. I'm really thinking this is exactly what I needed!
